Thea Store Refund Policy
If, for some reason, you would like to return your purchased item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item on the following mail address
[email protected]. Please provide a short summary of your reason for wanting to return your item, as well as photo of received goods. We strive to answer all our e-mails within 24 hours excluding Saturdays /Sundays and Public holidays. If you do not receive in your email inbox, please check your SPAM folder. We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind.
Upon mutual agreement on returning, send the item back in the original packaging (insurance is recommended) and we need to receive it within 15 days in undamaged original condition. Products should be returned unmarked and in the original, undamaged packaging, as this is considered part of the product. In terms of return, you must contact us and we will provide you with the shipping address to which the return item should be shipped. Once we receive the package, you will be issued a refund. Return amount is for item purchase price only. Shipping cost, insurance paid will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is calculated on the cost of the product(s) only.
Back Orders: Every item carried is regularly in stock. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product offered, occasionally certain products may run out. In this event, the customer will be given an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of the entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first, and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
If this item is in your possession more than 3 days, it will be considered as used. We will not issue you a refund or replacement.
There are no exceptions!
No refund for digital items.
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked.
Exchanges: Please note we do not offer exchanges for alternative items, colors or sizes. An exchange is placed as a new order. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. You will be refunded for any returned item(s) in line with the policy stated above.
Shipping: Most items ship within 2-5 working days of ordering, and will take 6-10 weeks for delivery depending on your location. International holidays, natural disasters, or busy schedules may affect shipping times. Orders requiring confirmation will be delayed until requirements are met. Some countries may charge a VAT or Import Duty fee prior to releasing the package. This is the responsibility of the recipient.
Tax: Paying tax is the duty of every citizen. Buyer is responsible for all the taxes that is to be paid in his/her country. Due to the tax problem, if buyer refuses to receive the goods, buyer is responsible for freight out and home.
SFI Affiliates: In the case of refunds or returns, any advancement from the SFI compensation plan, bonuses, or awards received by an SFI Affiliate as a result of these purchases will be reversed and the amount(s) deducted from any refund. SFI may also charge back to an affiliate’s upline any commissions, rebates, bonuses, or awards received or paid on product(s) refunded or returned by the affiliate.
